February 2012 newsletter
- Please ensure your child brings their book bags into nursery on a regular basis. This ensures that important letters, children’s work and lending library are able to be sent home.
- The lending library should be returned by every Friday in order for them to be exchanged ready for a Monday.
- The food co-op is going well and the children enjoy helping to pack their own bags. The bags cost £2=50 each and the free range eggs are £1 per half dozen. This is a healthy eating incentive and I would urge all parents to consider ordering them on a regular basis.
- As we are an eco-friendly nursery we are going to produce an Eco-friendly re-usable bag. The children will either draw their own face or will have a handprint taken to go on the bags.
- They will cost £5=00 each and will be ready in approximately one month. To enable us to place an order we need numbers of how many parents will be purchasing them. I therefore ask you to complete the form below and return by Monday 20th February with your payment. Unfortunately we will not be able to order one if payment is not enclosed. A picture of the bag will be placed in the reception area.
- Don’t forget to return all raffle tickets for the forthcoming Valentine’s raffle. All children can dress in red on Friday 10th February to celebrate this.
- We thank you for all your support and welcome new ideas/suggestions for fundraising.
